Lead Role: Community Access, Local Promotion & Venue Perks

  • Coordinate with AG on design of branded materials for P&R venues

  • Gather list of town-run venues to offer card perk at booking (May 5)

  • Provide email database for marketing campaign (May 10)

  • Distribute cards for venue bookings (Ongoing, beginning June 15)

TOURISM

Lead Role: Awareness, Web Promotion & Visitor Outreach

TASK LIST:

  • Work with AG to write tourism-focused verbiage for website (May 10)

  • Promote via Tourism/Times/Town channels & social media (June 1 launch campaign)

  • Help select QR card pickup points (Deadline: June 5)

  • Provide email list for tourism outreach (Deadline: May 15)

  • Confirm Farmers Market card distribution (Deadline: June 10)

  • Host Hamtown Deals announcement in visitor center (June 15)

ECOMONIC DEVELOPMENT

Lead Role: Business Participation, Retail Partner Engagement

  • Identify & approve participating businesses (All of Isle of Wight County)

  • Gather contact info and offers from each approved business (May 15)

  • Connect with AG to share details for website & print collateral

  • Promote card benefits to downtown and fringe businesses (Ongoing)

  • Coordinate wholesale business card purchase options (Deadline: June 10)

GMODS & CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Lead Role: Retail Launch, Marketing, GMODS Distribution

TASK LIST:

  • Attend April 15 Meeting @ 9 am (COMPLETE)

  • Confirm members who want to participate (Deadline: May 16)

  • Coordinate front window sticker placements (June 15)

  • Distribute POS QR displays to all merchant locations (June 15)

  • Identify pick-up locations for card buyers (Deadline: June 5)

  • Plan card sales push leading up to launch at Farmers Market & events (Starting June 20)
