  • Launch a monthly blog that can also be used , "Leadership Moments" featuring Kerry’s insights on government contracting, the importance of teamwork in fulfilling contracts, and tips for procurement officers.

    Topics can include industry trends, best practices, and contract strategies. Offer downloadable content like whitepapers or checklists to build the email list.

  • Create a user-friendly, professional website emphasizing IBEX’s expertise in government contracting, team-building approach, and efficient contract fulfillment.

    The site should include:

    • Service offerings (contract fulfillment, team building, expertise matching).

    • Testimonials (once gathered), case studies, or examples of previous successful contracts.

    • A blog section for "Leadership Moments by Kerry."

    • A lead capture form to gather email addresses.

    • Easy-to-navigate interface and mobile optimization.

    The website will be built on a Squarespace wireframe. Training for updates and management is included. If your desire is to have The Addison Group manage the website, we can provide a separate proposal.

  • Create a series of short videos showcasing the successful fulfillment of government contracts and the behind-the-scenes teamwork that makes it happen. Include footage of Kerry speaking about IBEX’s unique approach and how the team works together to meet the government's needs.

  • Physical Marketing Design and create branded promo items to distribute to procurement officers, contractors, and other key contacts.

    These promo items symbolize IBEX’s approach to "putting the right pieces together" for successful contract fulfillment.

    • Include Leatherman© or symbols that represent skills like precision, problem-solving, and teamwork.

    • Add a personalized note from Kerry explaining how IBEX "builds the right team" for each contract.

    • Distribute these toolkits as part of client meetings, at conferences, or as follow-up gifts after securing contracts.
