    • Additional blog post ideas- "I'm in bug control but I don't kill everything…," "The Difference Between Pest Spray and Pest Treatment/Pest Control vs. Pest Service"

  • Website Updates and Improvements

    Investment: $4,500 one time OR $500 for monthly management and unlimited updates (12-month contract)

    1. To enhance user experience, ensure functionality, and optimize the website for clarity and ease of use, aligning it with the brand's values of trust, integrity, and personalized service.

    2. Website refinements that need attention- form capture, customer journey, minor misaligned sections and capitalizations, booking link customer experience.

  • Grow your email database!

    Investment: $600/month

    WebID is a protocol that allows websites to discover a user's WebID using a secure browser certificate.

    This is the strategy for growing the email database with real prospects by collecting vital information for future marketing for those who have visited your website.

  • Referral System and Review Capture

    Investment: $650/month

    • Set up and engage Google Business profile

      1. A referral system to further enhance customer loyalty and drive referrals that encourages neighbors to share services with others in their community. Customers who refer friends or family will receive a special offer, such as a discount on their next treatment or a free service call. This creates a sense of camaraderie and builds a strong, local network of clients who trust Brandon’s personalized approach to pest control.

      2. A Review capture campaign to drive customers to leave a review. Leave a review and be entered in our monthly drawing for a gift card.
