The Opportunity

Caroline Fornshell has something that cannot be manufactured through marketing alone. She possesses genuine expertise, an engaging presence, a compelling voice and the ability to make complex health information understandable.

As the founder and CEO of L Well, Caroline brings together extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy, diabetes education, fitness, culinary arts, metabolic health and practice leadership. Her background gives her a perspective that is both highly credible and deeply relatable.

The opportunity is to position Caroline beyond the traditional role of a healthcare provider or practice owner.

Together, we can build a recognizable personal brand that establishes Caroline as a trusted health and nutrition authority, grows an engaged regional and national audience, supports the continued growth of L Well and creates opportunities for media appearances, corporate presentations and keynote speaking.

This would not simply be a social media campaign. It is the development of a long-term authority and media platform centered around Caroline’s knowledge, personality and vision for better health.

The Vision

Helping People Make Sense of Their Health

Health advice is everywhere. Understanding what is accurate, what is relevant and what is right for your body is much harder. Caroline has the knowledge and communication skills to become a trusted guide for people who are overwhelmed by conflicting health information. Her platform will make nutrition, metabolic health and healthy aging easier to understand. It will replace confusion and guilt with practical guidance people can use in their everyday lives.

Proposed Brand Position

Caroline FornshellFounder of L Well | Nutrition and Metabolic Health Expert

Proposed Positioning Statement

Caroline Fornshell makes complex nutrition and metabolic health easier to understand, helping people separate sound science from health trends and make better decisions for a longer, healthier life.
